I first began training with Adam to improve my general fitness and to tone up but also to gain some knowledge and confidence in the gym environment. Adam’s sessions offer so much more than the basics you may expect. He listened to my goals and planned my sessions entirely to my needs. His infectious positivity, motivational attitude and his 100% commitment is second to none. To see my body shape change in such a short period of time was amazing and to feel the positive mental change and to gain a huge amount of confidence was especially rewarding. Adam has always encouraged me to believe in myself and that I can achieve what ever I want.
I gained so much knowledge from Adam and his kind heart and warming personality really made me feel comfortable, he really is dedicated to you improving your health and your lifestyle.
